    Hi Oleg,

    Thanks for your post. Hootsuite now supports a new grant type that you may want to use, called member_app. The member_app grant type works similar to the client credentials grant type, however it allows you to fetch the access token without using the /v1/tokens endpoint.

    Here's an example of the member_app workflow using Guzzle: https://gist.github.com/HootsuiteJosh/eb242a21bdfd639926f6f8bce84d024b

    Hope this helps! Let me know if you have any questions about this.

    So does that mean that the Client Credentials Workflow is not supported? I was advised to use this by  Hootsuite support. I was attempting to follow this guidance:

    https://developer.hootsuite.com/v1.0/docs/api-authentication#section-client-credentials-workflow

    However, I don't understand from the documentation what the "Hootsuite App Token endpoint" is.  I don't see this endpoint documented in the REST API 1.0 Reference anywhere: https://platform.hootsuite.com/docs/api/index.html#

    Also, I downloaded the Hootsuite Postman examples and when I try to input my client_it and client_secret into the 'Oauth2 Token - Client Credentials' example, I get the following error:

    {
    "error": "invalid_request",
    "error_description": "The request is missing a required parameter, includes an invalid parameter value, includes a parameter more than once, or is otherwise malformed",
    "statusCode": 400
    }

    What I am trying to do is schedule posts to Instagram via the Rest API.  I was able to successfully do using the password grant type, but this is being removed on May 21.  Please help me.
